Mr. McKenzie has been named Master Certified in Toyota and ASE Certified Service Consultant. He was also Master Assistant Service Manager at Fort Myers Toyota. Dan Peach, Audi Service Advisor, at Audi Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers, has been an automotive service consultant for ten years, being Volkswagen certified from 2000-2007 and being Audi certified from 2007-2010. He has raised and maintained the national CSI rating for Audi since 2007 and works extremely hard in making sure all of his customers are above satisfied. Dan says he services about twenty five Audi's on a regular basis which is a high volume for an Audi dealership, but as Dan says, "You never know what to expect when a customer pulls in, every day is different, but we always get the job done and done well."

Shane Duhaime, Land Rover Service Advisor, at Audi Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers, has been in the automotive servicing field for eighteen years, six of those years working in professional road racing and twelve as a service advisor.
