It is always a pleasure visiting the service center at Jaguar Land Rover Fort Myers. Dan Peach is very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The customer service is outstanding. the area to wait in is clean, and inviting. The girls behind the counter are very courteous and friendly.

The staff was the best. Execution of the delivery was exceptional. The staff was hospitable, knowledgeable, courteous and accommodating. Every aspect of the car was explained in detail as requested, so as I drove off the lot I felt confident that I had made the right decision. As Bette Midler once said, "people are not the best because they work hard; they work hard because they are the best." Jaguar, Range Rover of Fort Meyers is the best.

service was prompt; called me with updates; unforeseen problem extended service time and I couldn't wait, so they delivered my Audi as promised to my door 15 miles away.
This service was much unexpected and much appreciated. All of the folks I dealt with during the day were helpful and pleasant. The service manager, Dan Peach, is excellent.

Dan was great and provided updates during the service wait. The waitingarea was clean and comfortable, but the best part was at the end. The check out was easy and when I got into the serviced and cleaned car, there was a chilled bottle of water waiting! Now that is full service for a hot day! As usual the car performed like new. And the coffee provided during the wait was triple A.

John Becker has been looking for a car for us and found one that we fell in love with.He was professional and very knowledgeble of Audi automobiles.Morgan in finance
finalized the paperwork and was extremely helpful in explaining our options.Dan Peach has always been courteous , helpful in all our dealings with him with our Audi that we traded in for a newer model.The dealership has always met and exceeded our expectations and we will continue to do business here. This dealer has surpassed greatly any other previous experiences I have had at other dealerships. The employees get the job done quickly and I always know exactly what's going on with my car because they work very hard to please their customers and make sure that they understand exactly what's being done to their car. The employees make you feel like your car is their number one priority and there is always a sense of relief after getting it serviced. The pricing is a little high, but they are such a great dealer overall and the quality of their work and employees is so great that I think it's worth every penny.

Every visit is a "no worry" situation. What ever the question or problem it is resolved competently and professionally. The dealership is great and Dan is a tremendous asset to it. I have owned or leased 7 Audis in my life and one of the reasons why are the competency of the people in their dealerships.

Dan communicates to his customers well. His analysis of most problems is dead on, including any cost estimates. He is also reasonable in his suggestions for maintenance or repair, with good differentiation as to "must do" vs "optional" items. This creates trust that is missing in many dealerships.

a very pleasant buying experience...nice surroundings, all personnel were professional and nice to deal with..price was fair, so we purchased two audis. There was no pressure excerted by the dealership at all in trying to get us to purchase an automobile. Mark and Morgan were exceptional in the way that they dealt with us. This was in stark contrast to other dealers we visted and talked to.

I can't thank Josh and the service department enough for their help. I was looking at purchasing a Jaguar from a different dealer and I merely contacted them because I knew that the particular car I was looking at had been serviced there. In my opinion, Josh went above and beyond and called me and shared information about this car that saved me a huge service bill. Not to mention my traveling from out of state costs.

Again, I can't thank Josh enough and I am even more impressed that even though I was not going to purchase this vehicle from them, he still had the integrity to call and share this information with me anyway. This kind of dedication goes a long way with me and it should with you too.
